If you join a Curious Creatures session you’ll be lucky enough to enjoy a very unique venue surrounded by meadow, woodland and a pond. The Otterbourne Wildlife Lodge (OWL) is a new purpose built, self-sustaining eco building on a unique Site of Importance for Nature Conservation. The roof of the structure is made of recycled tyres and a pod houses the kitchen and has an air-source heating pump. You will be relieved to know there is even a toilet!
It sits within the grounds of Otterbourne Church of England Primary School and there is plenty of free parking in the adjacent village hall car park, which is located down Cranbourne Drive (as shown on the map)
